Here are some of the things God has done in World Prayr over the year 2010.
We grew in team membership from 40+ to 90+
As a ministry on Twitter have built one of the largest face base of a ministry there exists with almost 1700 fans. While growing from 9000 followers in January to 34000 followers currently. With absolutely no spammers. As all of our followers are scrutinized by our Director of TwitterQquality Control.
World Prayr at the end of 2010 ranked in the top 2000 of over 8mil accounts on twitter as far as influence.
Our Influence and reach impact can best be measured as having other ministries contact us and let us know that our promotion of them for that month was measurable. As in Energion Publications who told us that when we promoted one of their books that page had four times the amount of hits as any other page.
We were the second most followed Twitter account in Indonesia in the month of October.
World Prayr now sees between 250 – 300 prayer requests on the average per hour.
While having to rebuilt our Facebook site three times we are still sitting between 1400-1600 fans between our main page and a4y
We began our YouTube channel for a source of communication, encouragement, and inspiration.
We began an extensive vetting system. Which has enabled us through a thirty day probationary period to ensure a higher quality of servant within World Prayr.
The attitude of we are volunteers rather than servants of the Most High God as a result of the above is slowly vanishing within World Prayr.
We began a recruiting team to ensure that as World Prayr grows, we are able to have laborers for the harvest.
We began a training team in order to make sure we are properly orienting those serving for the first time within World Prayr.
A communication team was formed in order to process documents, and current reports as well as making sure the team is informed and kept up to date.
A reconnection team was developed in order to handle deeper needs within World Prayr as they come in.
An Inner Prayer team has been developed in order to Pray over the more serious needs that come into World Prayr.
A form system to track log and keep up to date the efforts that are being put forth on the more serious needs that come and are coming into World Prayr.
The name of our blog team was changed from our blog team to our marketing team as we move into and prepare for what is coming in 2011.
The Pastoral and mentoring teams were founded in order to handle the needs that fall into these areas.
We begun building and developing a network team in order to further develop strategic partners with other ministries.
The Reconnection plan was developed and will be released publically in the next month.
Our blog and our main site have been re-done and all seemed to be pleased with the new look. Not to mention that our new domain and main site were originated in 2011.
World Prayr was featured in a book and on a blog.
The Foundation of leadership was finally laid firmly and secure as our Executive Team was finally finalized. You can meet them and get to know them here.
We built and developed the World Prayr Facebook app World Prayr Prayer Journal.
